In addition, the Store Manager is expected to maintain a significant floor presence and availability to customers and staff while providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all internal and external customers. The leadership is progressive, demanding, innovative with an appreciation for those who work with them. Management - I interacted with several department heads regularly and all were kind and supportive, encouraged us to take ownership of projects without making us feel burdened or overwhelmed.
